Staff. Breakfast options were diverse and fresh. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions.

everyone was efficient. the rooms were reasonably large and extremely pleasant with a good bed.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

The superior room suited us: it had a nice balcony, a high ceiling, and a storage space.

We had superior queen room, and it was airy with the view to the inner court. This hotel was located in a very central area right by Ancient Rome. Furthermore, close to the coliseum.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Had a really really nice stay for 5 nights in Rome, everything was really good. The staff were all SUPERFRIENDLY and the breakfast was marvellous with Fresh made coffee, prosciutto and boiled eggs.

I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served with freshly. Convenient location near major attractions.

The room was cramped, uncomfortable for two guests. We were also disappointed to find that there was no refrigerator. The lack of proper guest access was frustrating. I wanted to invite friends up, but strict policies made this impossible.

We loved the prime location, made visiting iconic spots like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain super easy. The staff were cute, and I have to say, the breakfast selection was a hit with the kids, especially the fresh pastries.

In my wife's opinion, the bathroom odors were a bit distracting.

We did experience some noise from passing trains, which might bother light sleepers. It was more noticeable being on the first floor.

My family stayed in the Superior Triple Room for one night, and it was cozy with a nice view of the courtyard and rooftops. The room was super clean, which I loved! Plus, the location is on point-walking distance to the Colosseum. Only downside was the air conditioning. It wasn't very effective, made things uncomfortable at times. But overall, the stay was pleasant!
